2. Can I get VIP member discounts for online shopping?
You can enjoy member discounts when shopping on the LANEIGE E-Shop. Before checkout, you need to use the mobile number and email address registered for your member account to log in to E-Shop.

3. Can I earn member points for online shopping?

6. Why is my password not accepted?
Your password must be 8-16 characters long and include uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters.
7. What should I do if I forget my login password?
For members who use their email as the login account name: If you forget your password, please click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered member phone number, and the system will send your login account name and a reset link to your registered phone number via SMS. Click the link to reset your password and you can log in again.
If you need to change your password, please log in first, then go to "My Account", click "Change Password" on the "Personal Information" section, and save the new password.
